You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of design and analysis processes in the area of patient interface products.

Your contribution:

Responsibility for the R&D department of Patient Interface with a focus on highquality nasal and oronasal masks for ventilation and PAP therapy
Management of the team at the Hamburg location
Strategic resource planning, planning and implementation of effective personnel development measures
Ensuring the outcome and motivation of your team, supported by our leadership guidelines
Selection and further development of suitable tools, processes, and methods in your team and the adjacent areas
Participation in the creation and implementation of the product roadmap
Evaluation and prioritization of new product ideas in collaboration with product management and management
