Job Summary and Qualifications:


Under general supervision, and according to general policies and procedures, Quality Coordinator II is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring the core measure process.

This position is responsible for facilitating to completion and sustainment PI projects, small working groups, and projects to improve the quality of care and value for our patients.

These projects and working groups are interdisciplinary in nature.

The Quality Coordinator II identifies opportunities for improvement based on evidence based practices, regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, and monitoring of high risk, high volume and/or problem prone processes.

This position maintains multiple databases and dashboards, as well as analyzes complex patient care data for reporting out at leadership levels.

Analysis will also incorporate clinical and operational processes and outcomes. Partnership with Los Robles departments and management is essential to achieve overall quality goals


What qualifications you will need:


  • Registered Nurse education required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
  • Registered Nurse required, Current CA RN license required
  • CPQH certification preferred
