We produce almost all of our perennials and herbs ourselves, according to Bioland principles and in excellent quality. The majority of our plants are marketed through shipping.

Responsibilities:

For this purpose, we are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge of our range and propagation, who enjoys coordinating tasks, instructing employees and apprentices, and also getting their hands dirty.

Ultimately, the goal is to determine what needs to be propagated or sown, and in what quantities, as well as when and how many plants need to be potted.

This requires experience and organizational skills, not only in the gardening work outside, but also in planning in the office.

Fertilization and plant protection should not be forgotten.

Qualifications:

Requirements would include:

Training as a perennial gardener with some work experience, preferably also a master's degree (or technician...)
A great passion for gardening, especially for propagation and production
Broad knowledge of our range
Interest in and affinity for organic gardening
Organizational skills and leadership qualities
Interest in taking on responsibility within our team
