The Opportunity:

Join us as a Data Analyst II to support the Quality Control and Assurance Department in testing Automotive Finance processes. Your role will involve overseeing testing results, processes for Asset Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Commercial within Ally's Automotive Finance business.

This position offers the opportunity to work in various locations including Jacksonville, Lewisville, Little Rock, Detroit, or Charlotte.

The Work Itself:

Administer reporting, governance, standards, procedures, and documentation for the Quality Organization.
Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics for internal stakeholders.
Assist in audit platform configuration and testing processes.
Collaborate with business and IT teams on system/process improvements.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and controls.
Support Auto Finance Quality Control and Assurance requirements.
Participate in issue escalation processes.
Provide backup support for teammates and fulfill management requests.

The Skills You Bring:

2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, problem-solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel if required.
