We're on the lookout for a diverse range of talents to join our consultant roster, which we'll use for both current and upcoming client projects.

We're interested in individuals with skills in areas such as data analysis, business analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data governance, data management, etc.

Remote work options are available for many roles.*As a Business Analyst Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:Documenting data relationships and write basic SQL statementsImplementing and managing standard testing procedures for system changesFacilitating requirement sessions with team members and building comprehensive work products documenting requirements, including validation and traceability of requestsFacilitating user acceptance testing, documenting the test results, and helping procure business approvalsWorking with business owners/SMEs to understand automation opportunities and analyze them to identify process changes that need to happenPerforming root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issuesActively participating in project phases and report status updates to the Project Manager, including feasibility, requirements, development, quality assurance (QA), implementation, and maintenanceThis job is for you if:You like helping people and don't need to take credit for success.

You have:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related fieldConsulting experience requiredStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsExperience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systemsExperience working with Product Owners and creating Features and User StoriesKnowledge/experience with Agile methodologiesYou might also have:SQL, Tableau and/or PowerBI experience highly desirableProficient with the Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in creating Test case scripts for regression/functional testing.$90,000 - $130,000 a yearThe compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market.
