    Description

    Organizational Skills:

    • Multitasking and Prioritization: Proficiently handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, even when timeframes overlap; communicating status and challenges to key stakeholders to resolve inter-dependencies or risks.
    • Adaptability: Excel in a dynamic environment by adapting to changing priorities.
    • Critical Thinking: Actively Analyzing situations, solving problems, and providing informed suggestions and/or making appropriate decisions.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in document organization and formatting, as well as task execution.
    • HR Experience: Fundamental knowledge of human resources processes, policies, and compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration or related fields are advantageous.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Demonstrated history of effectively managing administrative tasks
    • Superior communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
    • Capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
    • Detail-oriented approach.
