Harbor Hills, a leading onshore wind organization in Germany, is currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead their commitment to operational excellence and sustainable practices.

In this important role, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSE strategies across multiple project sites. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the safety and well-being of teams while also contributing to the larger goal of environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards

Lead incident investigations and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Provide training and awareness sessions to staff at all levels

Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to maintain compliance and foster relationships

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven track record as an HSE Manager, preferably in the renewable energy sector

Thorough understanding of German HSE legislation and international standards
