Description

Our growing Automotive Repair Shop is looking to fill the role of a Service Advisor. The responsibilities would be as follows.

• Maintain Front Desk/Waiting Area
• Return all customer messages
• Greet all in person customers
• Check customers in and out after services completed
• Coordinate daily with Automotive Technicians and Owner to address all immediate needs

The preferred qualifications are listed below.

• Strong communication and computer skills
• A minimum of 5 years experience working in an administrative role
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks
• Experience with Mitchell and DVI's
• Strong service skills and ability to sell work while being honest and not pushy
• Reliable transportation
