- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, establishing timelines, and allocating resources accordingly.
- Solution Implementation: Testing out features and capabilities in small sub set of team. Testing out features before sending out to large employee population.
- Stakeholder Management: Central point of working with Engineering team that is releasing the feature and working with borrowed resources from SBU's.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to defined project requirements, conducting thorough reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation: Capturing status updates and sending out status reports, and documentation for project stakeholders, providing visibility into project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks. WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.
- Hourly contract rate range of $50.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations. Your well-being is important to Wimmer Solutions.
