    Job Title: Sales Operations and Strategy Manager - Americas

    Location: Remote - US

    Position Overview:

    As the Sales Operations and Strategy Manager for the Americas, you will serve as a key strategic business partner to our VP of Americas Sales, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales business in the region. Leveraging your expertise in enterprise software companies, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and data analytics, who can effectively collaborate with senior leadership to shape the future direction of our Americas sales organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
    • Territory Design: Define and optimize sales territories to ensure effective coverage and maximize revenue potential, taking into account market dynamics, customer segments, and sales rep capacity.
    • Compensation Planning: Design and manage sales compensation plans that drive desired behaviors and outcomes, balancing competitiveness, fairness, and alignment with business goals.
    • Forecasting and Planning: Drive accurate sales forecasting processes, providing insights into revenue projections and performance metrics to support decision-making.
    • Operational Efficiency: Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity, leveraging technology and best practices.
    • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to sales teams.
    • Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage sales pipeline health, ensuring timely follow-up and alignment with revenue targets.
    • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making and sales initiatives.
    • Annual Headcount and Capacity Modeling: Collaborate with HR and finance teams to conduct annual headcount and capacity modeling exercises, ensuring alignment of sales resources with business objectives and growth targets.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, product management, and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and initiatives.
    • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights to senior leadership.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or related roles within enterprise software companies.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clari, Gong, Google Suite, etc).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
