In late 1999, we started with a daycare center and less than 10 employees.

Today, more than 300 colleagues work in 15 facilities in the areas of daycare centers, child and youth services, participation for mentally impaired people, and the administrative office.

To strengthen our team in the daycare center department, we are looking for

educators for our Leuchtturm daycare center in Marzahn-Hellersdorf

Our Leuchtturm daycare center has 65 spots and is located in a quiet, green residential area on the edge of the Springpfuhlpark in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf.

It is the first facility of its kind on the ground floor of a modular accommodation for refugees and was opened as a pilot project in summer 2021.

With our "Leuchtturm project," we aim to promote integration and diversity from an early age and bring families together who may not have much contact outside of the daycare center.

We achieve this by opening the daycare center equally to children and families from the modular accommodation as well as children and families from the surrounding area.
