Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with experience to oversee all phases of the production process, engage, and cultivate long-lasting positive work relationships with clients, and provide office support as needed.
The incumbent for this role must be detailed oriented, efficient, have excellent multi-tasking abilities and interpersonal skills, and possess in-depth experience of account maintenance.
This a full-time role, working onsite Monday thru Friday.Responsibilities:
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality control of client product.
- Oversee all phases of the client production process beginning with incoming orders to ending with receipt of final product.
- Cultivate positive working relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and be primary resource for troubleshooting production, scheduling, and delivery issues.
- Facilitate job scheduling with Production Supervisor to ensure production areas are adequately staffed and jobs are completed timely.
- Onboard and establish positive relationships with all new clients.
- Coordinate and facilitate completion of all inhouse mailing using software including the management of client shipments.
- Collaboration of schedules and timing of deliveries using combination of inhouse driver and outside contractors.
- Facilitate outside production services as needed to ensure the final product meets the client's expectations.
- Perform weekly client invoicing.
- Launch the collections process when applicable.
- Provide office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in a Customer Service role within a manufacturing environment.
- College degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) including working knowledge of BCC mailing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with internal and external clients.
- Ability to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on quality control of deliverables submitted.
- Superior time management and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to contribute to the success of the organization.
- Selfmotivated, proactive and ability to work independently.
- Confidence to identify areas for improvement, propose alternatives, recommend solutions, and champion the implementation of the conclusion.
Pay:
$40, $55,000.00 per year
