We are currently looking for you as a civil engineer as a district manager for track construction (m/f/d) for DB InfraGo at our location in Heidelberg.

Your tasks:

  • As a district manager for track construction, you are responsible for the infrastructure facilities in the track construction area in your regional support area (district) and ensure safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic
  • You ensure the necessary and demand-oriented maintenance, carry out inspections, and commission and supervise construction measures in your district
  • As a district manager, you take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the employees in your district, as well as budget responsibility and participate in cost center and personnel planning
  • Leading and motivating your team is just as much your core task as their professional and personal development
