Previous experience required

Change air conditioner/heater filters as scheduled/needed

Performs routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters

Uses pressure washer as requested

Uses electrical tools and equipment when appropriate

Checks oxygen level of concentrator as scheduled/needed

Performs water temperature tests as requested/scheduled.

Performs routine laundry equipment maintenance as scheduled

Tests fire alarm systems

Tests fire safety equipment

Performs generator testing and routine maintenance

Performs unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested

Assists with major cleaning projects as requested

Builds various structures

Completes general maintenance, plumbing repair, replacing and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines, etc.

Painting of facility as needed

All other maintenance tasks as requested
