- PC Refresh Project
- Imaging all devices and shipping them off
- Getting back old hardware and wiping data to redeploy or dispose.
- Potentially work with end users if issues with deployment or have devices questions after they have received it.
- Working Knowledge of end user computing including hardware, software and configuration.
- Understanding of ServiceNow or similar platform
- Enterprise and strategic thought process with the ability to analyze and execute
- Possess excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of infrastructure platforms, services and technology processes
- Self-motivated and driven to identify and deliver appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Mac, Mac O/S, Windows Office Suite & Outlook
- Working knowledge of connectivity type tools (wireless, Cisco AnyConnect, Citrix)
- Technical certificate or has the equivalent 2+ years of work experience
