Job summary
The Executive Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for the operational strategic and financial performance of the organization's Ambulatory Infusion Centers Specialty Pharmacy and Retail Pharmacy services.This position plays a critical role in scaling services particularly for infusion services with a strong emphasis on IVIG expansion as well as optimizing performance and aligning clinical operations with the organization's strategic.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of all ambulatory infusion specialty pharmacy and retail pharmacy operations across the portfolio.
- Mentor operational leaders managers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve performance goals.
