RETURNS ASSOCIATE

Full time, on site, nonexempt hourly, reporting to Senior Manager Customer Service_
Position Summary:
Validation and processing of short dated and outdated products
Essential Job Duties:
- Ensure customer credits are processed accurately and timely, deductions are prevented or resolved in a timely manner, and that the appropriate documentation is provided for credit approval or denial.
- Monitor and minimize return deductions.
- Maintain deduction level and processing objectives as determined by management.
- Create and maintain reports to track progress of return deduction resolution and proactively address systems issues which may impact the timely processing of returns.
- Other ad hoc duties as required by immediate supervisor and/or department head
Must Have Skills & Competencies
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a teamwork environment
- Advance computer skills including Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Proficient and accurate in keying in numbers and letters
Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Some data entry and returns experience a PLUS but training can be offered if experience is in another area.
