Each market hall is as unique as the region it is located in. But all GLOBUS market halls have in common that they offer space for development, so that we can grow together.

What to expect from us
  • You start with a welcome day, where you get to know your team and all the other apprentices
  • Your apprenticeship lasts 3 years
  • Salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: 1,000 €, 2nd year of apprenticeship: 1,100 €, 3rd year of apprenticeship: 1,300 €
  • You will not only learn how to cook, but also everything about meal plans, ingredient selection, and their purchase and storage
  • In order to keep the kitchen running smoothly, you will learn how to create work schedules, train staff, and make the team successful
  • Hygiene is of great importance in the kitchen. Therefore, knowledge about cleaning and hygiene regulations is an essential
