Job Summary
Manage and coordinate daily activities of company operations. Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures. Prepare financial and/or operational analyses and reports. Audits current procedures to improve efficiency of operations.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Manages the daily operations of the company and its various components.
  • Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation
  • Creates repeatable processes and implements the best practices.
  • Reviews and interprets financial and operating information.
  • Prepares financial/business reports for senior company executives.
  • Motivates associates to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Supervises personnel, which includes work allocation, training, development, and problem resolution. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.

Nature and Scope

  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.
  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
  • Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment

  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass preemployment assessment(s) if applicable

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Pay:
$65, $93,746.13/Yr
