Data Collection Technician - Entry Level
Sites USA, a leader in mapping, demographics and analysis technologies seeks an Entry-Level Data Collection Technician. For 30+ years we've been supplying technology solutions and data-driven software to the commercial real estate industry. Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify optimal data gathering processes
- Automate and gather retail location data from public sources
- Clean and standardize location data according to established protocols and procedures
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data through careful validation and verification processes
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve data collection processes.
- Ability to organize and maintain data files effectively
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus
- Advanced knowledge and familiarity of
- Windows 10 operating environment
- Web browsers, specifically Chrome or Firefox
- Proficiency in basic data analysis techniques and software tools such as
- Excel, Google Sheets, Notepad++
- Familiarity with databases and data storage such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is a plus
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
