    Description

    Step into the role of Division Manager for our client's Pre-Engineered Building Division, where you'll lead exciting construction projects and guide a talented team toward groundbreaking achievements. With your expertise in pre-engineered buildings and strong leadership skills, you'll drive the team's growth and streamline operations. It's an opportunity to make a significant impact and expand the division's reach in the construction industry.

    Overview

    The Division Manager will be instrumental in developing division goals and leading their execution. Responsibilities include managing the division's budget, forecasting, sales pipeline, and overseeing all aspects of staffing and project supervision. You will cultivate positive relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams to facilitate project success and secure future growth opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing project scopes, budgets, and schedules based on pre-engineered materials and vendor pricing, ensuring financial and contractual integrity, and maintaining up-to-date industry knowledge.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; related experience considered.
    • Advanced knowledge of pre-engineered building components, systems, design details, erection techniques, and advantages.
    • Proficiency in construction industry technology including Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Project.
    • Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage and solve problems.

    Desired Competencies

    • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and projects.
    • Experience with trade contracts, insurance, and bidding requirements.
    • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures.
    • Preferred OSHA 10-hour safety certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
    • Ability to maintain timely, thorough, and accurate project documentation.
