To support our client in Baden-Baden, we are looking for you as a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d).

Location: Baden-Baden
Employment type(s): Full-time
Working hours: Hours per week

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of personnel administration, including creating employment contracts, references, and certificates
  • Management of personnel files and maintenance of digital personnel records
  • Point of contact for employees regarding questions about salary, vacation, sickness, etc.
  • Support in creating job advertisements and managing applicants
  • Preparation and execution of the onboarding process for new employees
  • Collaboration in planning and implementing personnel development measures
  • Cooperation with external service providers such as health insurance companies or authorities

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in the field of human resources
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ideally experience with HR software
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
