    Your Impact: The Sr. Manager, Quality Engineering will be responsible for leading the development strategy and implementation of EvolutionIQ's automated test frameworks. You will have the opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and release of complex technical projects across multiple teams in the domain of QE and QA. You will work to continually improve performance, reliability, and scalability while ensuring a high level of code quality. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across Engineering teams, Product, and other functions.

    What You'll Achieve (Performance Outcomes):
    • Team management & leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and release of complex QE/QA projects across multiple teams in order to deliver thought leadership, guidance and scalable quality frameworks
    • Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product quality standards, facilitate effective communication, and drive the successful integration of QE/QA strategies throughout the product development lifecycle.
    • Learning & development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, caring, and improvement within the team and in the broader engineering organization, promoting the adoption of best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
    • Talent acquisition & management: Lead recruitment, mentoring, and professional development initiatives within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
    • Innovate & iterate: Continually evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential application and benefits to our organization.
    About You (Key Competencies):
    • 6-8+ years of experience in QE/QA, with at least 4 years managing a QE/QA team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication ability, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Excellent project management skills for building and maintaining high quality and rapid release processes and infrastructure
    • Technical expertise building and maintaining a QE & QA engineering program
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies within organizations
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
