Currently we are seeking an
Accounts Payable Clerk for a Full-Time position in our Genesis Pasadena Business Office.

The Accounts Payable Clerk will support the accounting division.

This role is responsible for data entry, preparation of payable information, collection of transactions, support, and reconciliation of inventory with third-party reports.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Posting all payable invoices daily and reconciling to vendor statements and schedule.
Disburse checks.
Balance statements and finalize data.
Prepare accounts for payments & verify data in system

- responsible for end of year 1099's

Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
Responsible for maintaining schedules.
Answers accounts payable phone calls and follows up on inquiries.
Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Automotive AP Experience Preferred
2+ Years AP experience required
Strong Time Management skills
Must be able to prioritize effectively
Ability to effectively multitask
Must work at a fast pace
Exceptional communication skills
Must be a selfstarter who can organize and fix any potential problems as needed
Strong organizational skills
