Clutch is looking for a Copy Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

Develop persuasive and brandaligned copy for various advertising channels.
Lead and manage a team of copywriters.
Collaborate on content strategies.
Review, edit, and proofread copy.
Engage with clients and present copy concepts.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure legal compliance.
Manage budgets and resources.
Provide mentorship and training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5+ years in a pharmaceutical advertising agency setting.
Experience with DTP and HCP pharma deliverables.
Multichannel marketing experience preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in copywriting and content creation.
Proven managerial experience and exceptional communication skills.
Strong creative thinking, marketing acumen, and attention to detail.
Clientfocused attitude, adaptability, and techsavviness. Familiarity with legal compliance.
