In Mead, WA, we are looking for a part-time (20 hours) or full-time employee to join our team at the Waldsanatorium near Planegg, a senior and nursing facility.

Your tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for our housekeeping department, including personnel and financial management
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in housekeeping
  • Managing interfaces with other departments
  • Supporting and implementing housekeeping projects in interdisciplinary cooperation

Your profile:

  • You are an openminded and flexible person who leads with a cooperative style
  • You take loving care of the diverse housekeeping needs of all our residents and strive to continuously improve the quality of our services
  • You have completed training as a housekeeping master, housekeeping manager, nutrition and supply management specialist, or hotel specialist and have knowledge of all relevant hygiene regulations in housekeeping
  • You have several years of experience in a leadership position in housekeeping and combine a high quality standard with a business mindset
