Your responsibilities

Work with a team to shape the future of credit business for savings banks or cooperative banks - from strategy to implementation.
Bring your expertise and ideas to the table, for example in projects related to digitization and automation of credit processes, sales optimization, redesigning framework conditions, conducting MA risk checks, preparing for special audits, and building organization in the active market segment.
Always consider processes from the customer's perspective and take into account both sales and market follow-up perspectives within the bank. Use both traditional and agile methods to not only find good solutions, but also inspire employees of our clients to implement them.
As you gain more experience, you will take on more responsibility and manage first sub-projects, lead project colleagues, and increasingly contribute to acquisitions.
