Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement intervention strategies for students with special needs
Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom environment
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
Valid teaching certification/license
Experience working with students in an educational setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Familiarity with early intervention strategies for students with special needs
Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Experience in tutoring or providing additional academic support is a plus
