As a CSR/Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing customer support to our clients and administrative support to our team.


The Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant Will:

  • Perform duties pertaining to insurance lines of business, including, but not limited to, marketing, quotes, and proposals
  • Respond to customer inquiries and collaborate within team to support and offer solutions to customer
  • Process and enter data into proprietary software system for new business, renewals, reinstatements, endorsements, cancellations, billings, and payments
  • Attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of data to be input
  • Responsible for checking valid codes, accuracy of entries, and correcting entries that may be inconsistent with history file information

The Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant Experience:

  • Must have 1 year of insurance industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Willing to work inoffice
  • Knowledge of clerical and office management practices and procedures
  • Experience in proactive problem solving
  • Ability to juggle tasks and respond timely to requests
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization
  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
