Job Summary
This role is responsible for striving to create a cooperative atmosphere where knowledge is shared amongst team members.

Our Aircraft Operations Contractor provide business aviation customers with the tools, information, and empowerment they need to effectively satisfy aviation customer requests.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Relay sensitive aviation messages.
  • Provide logístical assistance for flight crews.
  • Provide customer account, software, troubleshooting, and training support.
  • Provide technical assistance pertaining to multiple aviation platforms.
  • Coordinating quarterly training and sometimes additional training sessions.
  • Facilitating processes pertaining to expense reimbursement.
  • Assisting in managing a 24/7 scheduling system.
  • Task based assignments creating service tickets or otherwise managing the task to resolution.
  • Office duties including managing office supplies and troubleshooting basic software.

This position is on site in our Annapolis campus. The role is Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Basic Qualifications:


  • HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Client will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in aviation with a basic knowledge of aviation terminology.
  • PC operating experience in a professional environment including standard Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in written form without grammatic errors.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously and accurately.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) desired.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
