Jada Systems Inc. is looking for an inhouse Office Analyst.An Analyst shall perform but not be limited to the following duties:
Performs a wide variety of activities in:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Review Housing Quality Inspections to ensure that deficiencies were corrected within 30 days of initial inspection.
- Review Housing Quality Inspections to ensure that correct action occurred when a unit failed an inspection.
- Compile and consolidate supervisor's monthly quality control reports.
- Prepare and process check requests for vendor invoices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Regular attendance is an essential job function.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Housing Choice Voucher experience working within the administration of public programs,
Section 8, grantfunded, nonprofit, communitybased organizations, or other subsidized programs providing housing or community services. - Knowledge of office methods, practices office equipment operation, and standard business English usage, including spelling and grammar.
- Ability to exercise judgment in making routine decisions, learn office operations and procedures, and operate office equipment.
- Must be able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
