Description

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate a rewind inspection machine equipped with a video inspection system.
  • Configure rewind inspection machine to slit label rolls to the specified width and length according to job requirements.
  • Perform quality inspections of labels while utilizing the video inspection system.
  • Ensure consistent roll construction throughout the order duration.
  • Replace any defective labels with good labels.
  • Pack finished rolls and record completed quantities and time spent in the tracking systems.
  • Clean, inspect, and lubricate moving parts as necessary.

1st Shift Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm, Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Mechanical aptitude required.
  • Basic computer proficiency required.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions from standard operating procedures, work instructions, and job specifications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to stand with occasional walking, and capable of lifting and/or moving up to 60 pounds.
  • Experience in the printing industry is a plus.
