Clinical Nurse Specialist / Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) & Cardiovascular Acute Unit
As the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) provides clinical leadership and expertise for population-based nursing care to integrate evidence-based care, advance clinical practice, achieve optimal nurse-sensitive patient outcomes and facilitate transitions of care.

Minimum Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Specialist / Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) & Cardiovascular Acute Unit
- 5+ years of recent experience in Pediatric Intensive Care required.
- Previous CNS experience preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Master's, postgraduate, or doctoral degree from an accredited CNS program and current CNS (Pediatric/Neonatal) certification (from American Nurse Association-American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
OR American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACCN)
Pay:
$116, $210,163.20 per year
