Your tasks:

In your three-year apprenticeship as a management assistant (m/f/d), you will take on organizational and administrative tasks, which may include:

  • Handling bookkeeping
  • Creating evaluations and statistics
  • Managing correspondence with suppliers and customers
  • Issuing invoices
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Initiating debt collection procedures if necessary

As this is a dual training program, you will learn all the theoretical aspects of the job at the nearest vocational school. There, you will learn together with other apprentices from different companies everything you need to know for this profession.

You will be taught in subjects and areas such as:

  • Office processes
  • Business processes
  • Accounting
