Your Responsibilities

  • Independent technical after-sales consulting for national and international customers, branches, and dealers - by phone and in writing
  • Conducting installations and service assignments worldwide (currently about 1-2 per month)
  • Conducting service and product trainings (currently about 5-8 per year, some at the Seelbach location, others internationally)
  • Assisting in the creation of service manuals and other service-related documents, as well as maintaining master data
  • Supporting our repair center in repairing all JULABO products

Your Profile

  • Technical degree in electrical engineering or refrigeration technology. Alternatively, a technical education in mechatronics, electrical/electronics, or refrigeration technology with relevant additional work experience
  • Experience in setting up/operating communication network systems (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, etc.) is desirable
  • At least good oral and written (technical) English skills, knowledge of any other foreign language is a plus
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Independent, quality- and goal-oriented work style
  • Team-oriented and strong communication skills: we work and think as a team
  • Willingness to travel worldwide and flexibility
