Description

Ardmore is seeking a reliable Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) to join our team in 15537 Gosen-Neu Zittau.

Our facility in Erkner, located near Berlin, provides support and guidance to individuals with refugee experience to help them integrate into society.

We are looking for a part-time leader who has experience in managing social facilities and working with this specific target group.

As the Einrichtungsleitung, you will play a crucial role in promoting successful integration by working in a diverse environment, building networks, shaping the social environment, and providing support for newcomers to find employment and explore alternative opportunities in our country.

If you prefer to work outside the hustle and bustle of Berlin or if you live in Erkner and do not want to commute long distances, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At Ardmore, you will enjoy a family-friendly work schedule from Monday to Friday, with no weekend shifts.

Our team is staffed from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with extended hours until 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

You will also have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with responsibilities including overseeing the facility and team, managing personnel and budget, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining documentation, statistics, and schedules.
