Must take direction well and be flexible with changes.

Part-time with possibility of becoming full time. Must work 1 week-end day.


Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all animals. *Demonstrates experience and knowledge working with farm animals, the ability to recognize unsafe situations, and abides by universal farm rules and barn etiquette. *Receptive to and demonstrates an open mindedness to change; willingness to receive constructive feedback and applies feedback moving forward; accepts unexpected job tasks based on schedule and/or farm needs. *Communicates effectively with team members, manager, other staff, support systems. *Reliability and dedication to role.


Qualifications
*Must be over 18 years old, maintain active PA driver license *able to lift 50+ lbs *Have an eye for details *Knowledge of farm equipment and maintenance *Minimum of four years of hands on experience working with horses

A typical day will include feeding animals, turnout, grooming, stall / paddock cleaning, and facility maintenance (dusting, wood treatment...), arena dragging, raking etc.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $25.00/hour.
