We are seeking a dynamicBusiness Development Representative to join our team.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building awareness of Alliance IT in Sarasota / Manatee county and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with leads and customers to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems in ConnectWise CRM.
- Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of Account Sales experience.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Experience in technology sales is a plus.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
