Description
We are seeking a dynamic
Business Development Representative to join our team.

The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building awareness of Alliance IT in Sarasota / Manatee county and surrounding areas.


Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with leads and customers to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems in ConnectWise CRM.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Account Sales experience.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in technology sales is a plus.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
