MyCare Medical is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Internal Medicine Physician to join our organization in Hillsborough County, Florida
Primary Care Physician Essential Responsibilities
Focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention

Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicate Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families.

Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing the Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbidities.

Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing, and fragmentation of care.

This is a FULL-TIME position.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Ability to use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document patient encounters.
Knowledge of ICD-10 Coding and STAR measure attainments
Medical Doctorate Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine preferred.
Medical License in the state of Florida
