    Job DescriptionThe Opportunity

    Work with clients to help safely achieve optimal flexibility, range of motion, mobility and performance though table based assisted stretching. Fascial stretch therapy can be used to optimize performance in sports and life, as well as to enhance the body's natural ability to heal itself and recover. Fascial stretch practitioners will offer clients a revolutionary path to pain management, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic performance, movement re-education and wellness.

    Schedule: 2-3 nights/week and 1 full weekend day

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Perform fascial stretching on a variety of clients.
    • Ability to understand injuries and keep clients safe.
    • Daily administrative duties, returning emails, voicemails, etc.
    • Keep schedule up to date two weeks in advance.
    • Enforce club policies.
    • Communicate with clients regularly, provide homework, education, etc.
    • Attend staff meetings.
    • Record no call/no shows and late cancels in Fitvue, close schedule when not working, notify manager of time off.

    OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

    All other job duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Stretch to Win Institute Level I, II, or III Fascial Stretch Therapist
    • Bachelor's degree in health related/exercise field OR
    • Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, or ACSM)
    • CPR/AED certification
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to listen and connect with clients quickly
