To strengthen the team at our headquarters in Immenstadt, we are currently looking for a

Employee - Estimation and Tendering (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Preparation of performance specifications based on design and/or execution plans
Estimation of construction/finishing trades based on self-created or client-provided performance specifications, functional descriptions, etc.
Obtaining offers from subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers
Conducting and participating in negotiation meetings with suppliers and customers
Creating price comparisons and award recommendations as well as incorporating cost estimates

Your profile:

Completed technical studies (HTL-construction, university of applied sciences or technical university - civil engineering) and/or relevant professional experience in the construction industry
Good computer skills
Independent and dedicated way of working
Willingness to work, initiative and team spirit
