Our client's litigation practice has an need for a
Litigation Associate with a minimum of three (3) years of complex commercial litigation experience to join the team in its New York Office
Opportunity to be impactful working directly with clients in all phases of commercial litigation (including declaratory judgment and bad faith actions), written discovery and document productions, depositions, drafting of motions including motions to dismiss, summary judgment and motions in limine, pre-trial filings, trials and appeals.
This position requires hands-on experience in commercial litigation and current admission to the New York Bar. _No relocation offered.
Pay:
$140, $200,000.00 per year
