**Attorney - Workers Comp- Defense side**

Typical Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense strategies in Workers' Compensation cases, including reviewing medical records, statutes, and case law.
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and negotiations, advocating effectively on behalf of the firm's interests while providing comprehensive legal counsel.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure efficient case management, document preparation, and adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.
Pay:
$115, $120,000.00 per year
