    Document Conversion Specialist Job Description Continuum Services, a New York State based technology and service bureau solutions company, has an immediate opening for a Document Conversion Specialist.

    Candidates must possess computer skills, proficient typing skills and the ability to meet production goals and deadlines within a confidential environment.

    Responsibilities will consist of preparation of documents, separating and feeding documents into scanner, viewing, categorizing, and indexing scanned confidential documents.

    Paid vacation, sick days and 401K eligible after 1 year of service.

    To apply, please forward your resume to Christina Giusti at Document Preparation Responsibilities will consist of:
    Gathering, sorting, and batching documents according to work types and client specifications. Prepping includes classifying of documents, orienting, repairing and removing objects such as staples and paperclips from documents.

    Prepping also includes unfolding corners, taping down small pieces of paper on larger sheets as well as placing patch or bar code separators when required in between records for scanning.


    Scanning Responsibilities will consist of:

    Pre-indexing documents, separating and feeding documents into scanner, view documents being processed on a monitor, and ensure the quality processing of items through the scanning process.


    Data Entry/ Indexing Responsibilities will consist of:
    Viewing, categorizing, and indexing scanned confidential documents and ensure quality control of keywords specified by the customer.

    Quality Control /Inspection Responsibilities will consist of:

    The Quality Control Staff are responsible for reviewing each image to ensure it has been scanned to equal quality as the original physical document.

    They also inspect output and customer deliverables and identify documents that require reprocessing.

    Minimum Salary: 14.20
    Maximum Salary: 14.20
