We are currently seeking experienced reading mentors.Qualifications:
- Current Experience in reading interventionist and or reading specialist or directly related categories and fields.
- Masters degree and/reading designation
- Californian Credential or Reciprocal State Credential
- Relevant experience working in an educational setting.
- Can multitask and be able to handle small groups/multiple students simultaneously
Job Duties:
- Provide strategies to the child to improve reading scores
- Evaluate student's work
- Writing and reading comprehension skills
- Teach students study skills, notetaking skills, and testtaking strategies.
- Discuss student progress with parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers to assess educational needs and monitor student performance
Pay:
$ $26.29 per hour
