The CNA 2/HUC is a key person within the decentralized nursing unit, who provides overall administrative and technical support in the operation of the unit; collaborates with other staff and leaders in the development, oversight, and operation of the unit; and performs CNA II patient care dutiesCLERICAL:
Initiates and prioritizes transcription of provider orders
COMMUNICATION:
Serves as the hub of all communication for the unit. Displays professional interpersonal skills when communicating with patients, public and staff.
In conjunction with Charge Nurse is accountable for the efficient coordination of unit activities, including patient placement; working with other departments to coordinate patient care services; PATIENT CARE:
