- Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
- Answer and direct incoming service calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
- Assist with managing daily Service Log.
- Schedule appointments and assist with pick-ups.
- Monitor parts orders to keep Service Advisors informed of status.
- File service work orders and service receipts.
- Other duties assigned by Service management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior office experience is a preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment .
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
