Job Description:
Our newest Receptionist/Customer Service Associate will play a key role in providing administrative and project support to the company staff. This includes managing inbound and outbound mail, data entry, as well as support to our inside sales team. In addition, this position will be a welcoming energy to all customers, prospects and visitors who call or visit.
Responsibilities include the following:
The successful candidate is responsible (but not limited to):
Greeting all visitors to the office and engaging in welcoming conversation
Perform general office administrative tasks including daily mail processing, some electronic file management, data input, and supporting the inside sales team.
Managing inbound calls to the facility and distributing accordingly
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Naturally outgoing and enjoy daily interaction with clients and prospects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
MS Office Skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
Requirements:
Energetic, team player, comfortable in a computerized environment, and able to follow instruction.
Compensation, Benefits, and Structure:
Compensation for this position is negotiable and will depend upon experience. The position is full-time with hours Monday - Friday, approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Medical and dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes benefits such as 401k plan with matching employer contributions as well as company-paid life and disability insurance.
