FINANCIAL ANALYST
Robinson, PA

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Analyst. This role will involve a mix of financial analysis and accounting functions, providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience in both areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE:

Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management
Perform budgeting and forecasting activities
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE FINANCIAL ANALYST:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
