Job Information
Creating Fascination: Your Tasks
- Consulting and supporting our group companies in all business law related issues, with the exception of labor, tax, and customs law
- Assisting and advising management and decision-makers in analyzing and solving legal issues
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers, insurers, and other business partners both domestically and internationally
- Preparing and accompanying legal disputes both domestically and internationally, with the involvement of local lawyers
- Developing and maintaining contract templates
- Preparing and conducting in-house trainings
Bringing Strengths: Your Qualifications
- Above-average degree in law (m/f/d)
- Previous work experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of technical and economic contexts
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- High level of commitment and independent work ethic
